THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL TEAM
No, we are NOT a travel team or organization. We're assembling this team to give our members and coaches an opportunity to work outdoors together in a competitive environment.
TOURNAMENTS
We will be playing in one local tournament which should add 3-4 extra games. Details to follow.
AGES 9-13U ACCEPTED
Based on feedback, we'll decide how many competitive teams we can field. Please fill out the form below to be considered and we'll release more information this summer.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Each players cost will include:
- 2 Dry-fit Jerseys
- 3&2 Baseball Hat
- Socks & Belt
- League Fees
- Tournament Fees
- Umpire Dues
10 PRACTICES & 10 GAMES
We'll be joining a local Fall Ball league to further support their growth as a Little League. 10 games will be scheduled with the final dates TBD by August '24.
We will also PRACTICE outdoors 10 times as a team.
WHOSE COACHING?
All teams will practice outdoors together as a collective unit, coaches included. Each team will have 1-2 coaches present during each game. We will choose which instructor coaches which team based off the familiarity of the roster.
HOW DO I KNOW MY PLAYERS A GOOD FIT?
LOVE FOR THE GAME
If 3 months of baseball wasn't enough, this is the program for you. We want players who want to continue playing ball until there's snow on the ground. Running with small rosters, availability is key.
BUT WE ALREADY PLAY FALL
Then stay on your team. The absolute last thing we want to do is pull kids from their current travel teams in hopes that "the grass is greener". To reiterate, we are NOT a travel team or organization. Our goal is to grow the game, not thin it out.
BUT HE PLAYS OTHER SPORTS
As players should! But with this program, we're hoping you'll make games a priority to ensure we have enough players to field a team all season. We'll ask that parents update their availability each week and commit to the program.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
We don't have the final amount, but anticipate around $7-800. This is all-inclusive, including a uniform, hat, 20 hours of practice with multiple coaches, as well as games and a tournament.
ARE THERE TRYOUTS?
We will not have organized tryouts, however will host a private evaluation if we're unfamiliar with your player. Chances are if you're applying, you've either practice at 3&2 Baseball or worked with our instructors.
CAN I TELL MY TEAM?
Yes, we'd encourage you to tell some friends. But please note that due to number of coaches, not all players that apply will be accepted.
