RULES FOR ALL OF INSTRUCTORS
1. We guarantee that all of our instructors "stay in their lane" for lack of a better term. By this, we mean that our pitching guys teach pitching and our catching guys teach catching. We won't allow our instructors to step outside their comfort zone just to fulfill a lesson. By doing this, we're able to add value to our members and make sure their lesson is productive and affordable.
2. Speaking of affordable, our instructors are not allowed to charge more than $40/hr. We're able to offer this discounted rate for one very specific reason, which is that we only offer lessons for our members. As parents, you're paying 3&2 Baseball a monthly membership fee - so in turn the $40 for the lesson gets paid directly to your instructor. We see it as unethical in our mission to charge you a monthly membership and then ask for a portion of the instructors rate. This is essentially increasing cost per lesson with the financial increase falling on Mom and Dad.
3. Add value and facilitate a love for the game. Our instructors are anything other than hard-nose and have a common goal of both making sure your player leaves with a further understanding of the game and further love of the sport. We absolutely guarantee that our goal is to further develop a specific skill set, but making sure it doesn't feel like work while doing so.
