For 2026, our pricing will be: 9u - 12u: $1,175 13u & 14u: $1,350 We had an increase of $75 at the 9u-12u due to the demand for 2 umpires per game. This, along with the increase in umpire rates for '26 are the sole reason for the increase. For the older group, the price has increased due to the expenses associated with renting the turf facilities as well as that same umpire rate increase.

We are a bit more expensive, we know this. The main reason is because we're an independent facility and do not own our own fields. Therefore we have to pay quite a bit to reserve diamonds to host our tournaments. This, along with the increase coming for umpires coming in 2026 has unfortunately forced us to raise our prices. Beyond that, we over staff all of tournaments because we want to make sure that your experience with Hometown is beyond enjoyable. Unfortunately, no. The bonus of free custom jerseys or batting gloves is for teams who pay within 48-hours of registration opening. Once we hit that deadline, we start the design and ordering process with Harmony Sports which takes some time. Last year we were able to deliver jerseys to hundreds of players before Christmas! Our goal is to get the free bonus in your hand as quick as we can.

Yes, you can join the waiting list for any division. In the event a spot opens up, we work our way down the list in order. We'll give you a shout to let you know that you're in and take it from there.

All tournaments will have vendors on site, a wiffle ball field for kids only, food trucks and more. Beyond that we have custom tournament t-shirts, insane floral hats and swag like you wouldn't believe. All of this is capped with our Coaches & Player Home Run Derby!

The deal is that it's the most incredible event of every tournament around. So much so that other tournaments are already knocking off our idea - but they'll never do it quite like ours. Coaches tighten up those New Balances, grab a wooden bat and swing away like they're 16 all over again. Then a player from the team does the same in front of hundreds of spectators. The best combined score takes home the "trophy" (Custom chain for the player and case of beer for the coach). We launched this because let's face it, 9u Home Run Derby's are boring. This route provides an avenue for Coaches to relive their playing days one last time!

Sorry, we're not. With a limited staff and fields able to host our requests, we will not be going beyond 14u. We refuse to use multiple locations for Hometown as that destroys the tournament experience. There's nothing worse than showing up to a single field, playing a single game, against a local team you've already seen 3x this year. Where's the fun in that? We will never cut corners and sacrifice quality for quantity.

We have the dates for our return to Amherst penciled in, but they require Board approval. The meeting is scheduled for early September. We cannot announce or accept registrations until we're 100% locked in with the facility. Once approved, we will open registration for 9u-12u 'A' & 'BC' divisions. The deadline for the free bonus will go active from the date of registration.

If your team chooses to withdrawal from the tournament, you will receive a 100% refund (minus the cost of any free bonus item if applicable). Once the schedule is released, no refunds will be issued unless we find a team willing to pay the entry fee that close to tournament time - which then you'll be refunded. Our weather cancellation policy is a strict tournament credit only policy. In the event we do not meet the minimum number of games required or forced to cancel an entire weekend - then you'll receive credit for any future 3&2 Baseball tournament. You can also use this credit towards indoor practice rentals, camps, clinics, lessons, etc.

Yes, we cover 100% of games played at our tournaments with professional photography. Videos are often compiled throughout each day as well that we'll edit and post on all social media. For Hometown '26, teams and now individual players will have the opportunity to purchase photo / video packages direct from the professionals. More details to come...
