4-GAME
GUARANTEE
Pool play will begin on Thursday and wrap up by Saturday night at 4pm. Sunday will reseed all 12 teams into 2 competitive brackets with the top spots in each receiving byes. Championships Sunday will begin at 8am and play until we have our champions!
PREMIER
GAMES
Each team will be given at least one Premier Game presented by WNY Athletics. Streaming to thousands on social media, multiple camera angles, in-game commentary and walk up music is just the beginning. We'll also have post-game interviews with the Player of the Game as well as in-game interviews with your organizations representative to further promote your organization.
VENDOR
VILLAGE
Saturday will be an event! All day long we'll have our Vendor Village which will feature food trucks, local vendors selling products or promoting services, along with fun and games for kids of all ages.
Saturday night will conclude with our All-Star Gala Skills Competitions!

The Village of Lewiston, formerly known as The Landing, was the site of the WNY's first European settlement in 1720. The Village is now referred to as "The most historic square mile in America". Can you think of anything more Americana than baseball in July?

Like you've never seen it before! Don't just talk about the glory days, Coach - it's time to show us how it's done. Grab a player from your team and you'll be partnering up for a player / coach Home Run Derby! Timed rounds, bonus balls and other surprises await in this one of a kind competition!

RUN-N-GUN
Pitchers throw gas, right? But where's the love for the crowhop? This Run-N-Gun competition will be for all players on the roster, giving them a chance to clock their cannon from CF to home! Best overall team average will be the winner!
SKILLS
COURSE
Running the bases? Boring.
We put together a timed obstacle course that will push your entire team to make highlight reel plays against the clock. Fastest overall team time will be the winner!

Trophies are boring, so we decided against those. Instead, each Champion will receive a 7lb. authentic championship belt! Fully loaded with The Landing logo, metal plates and heavy duty buckles!

Along with individual Player of the Game for your Premier Game, all teams participating in the Championship rounds will receive individual awards.

All registrations will include 15 tournament t-shirts for your players and coaching staff. Additional shirts, hats and merchandise will be available all weekend for sale.

Home Run Derby:
Don't just talk "when I played" Coach, it's time to show us how it's done! Pick a player and partner up for a timed, point based derby! We're also hitting off a machine so no excuses about bad pitches!
Run-n-Gun Team Velo Competition:
Pitchers throw gas, but did you know an outfielder can pump heat as well? We'll have the radar gun and give all players on your team a chance to crow hop their way into a victory. Best overall team average wins!
Relay Obstacle Course:
Speed around the bases is great, but we know as ballplayers we can do more than just turn left. So our course is filled with hurdles, cones and obstacles that players might encounter when trying to cover their ground. This is another team drill that requires teamwork and camaraderie to compete.
PREMIER GAMES

We're bringing in the best in the business, WNY Athletics to video, stream and commentate our Premier Games as well as our All-Star Competition.
Each game will have in-game announcers, fun facts about the players and walk up music to accompany. We'll also have post game interviews with the Player of The Game chosen by the opposing teams coach.
Finally, in our continued effort to grow the game of baseball in WNY - each team will be given the option to have a representative from their organization do an in-game interview. The floor is yours to discuss your house leagues, travel teams, tryouts, etc. and further educate families on what your organization represents.
FOOD TRUCKS, VENDORS & FAMILY FUN
SATURDAY AT THE YARD
Travel tournaments can be long. Early morning starts with a 4-hour waits in between games. "Do we go home? Do we stay? Where's Johnny's family going to eat?". We've solved that problem.
All teams will have a Saturday schedule that leaves a 2-hour gap in between games. Stay right at the park and enjoy music, Food Trucks, local vendors and sports related bounce houses.
Vendor rental tents are now available for the rate of $125 for 12-hours. You'll be provided a spot to set up your own tent, table and booth. Feel free to promote a service or sell product to nearly 300 baseball families.
Baseball is supposed to be fun for the entire family, not just the player. Our goal is to deliver an experience that your entire family remembers and looks forward to year after year.
