No. Your player will not be "behind", assuming they show up ready to work and go over the lesson plan we'll provide.

Come join Coach Jesse, Coach Ron & Coach Jared as we focus for 12-weeks on everything and anything, hitting for power. Each session will be 60-minutes long with 45 minutes of hitting instruction and 15 minutes of strength and conditioning workouts. The goal is to better understand the mechanics of your swing, all while learning the importance of proper gym and warm up routines to assist.
