CAMPS & CLINICS WITH ONE GOAL IN MIND
As our main focus is the continued growth and development of ballplayers in WNY,
we host monthly camps, clinics and events with just that in mind. Our instructors
not only teach private lessons, but they also work in small group lessons typically in a
4-week progressive format. Listed below are the links to both Clarence & Tonawanda
locations with new clinics being announced about 2-week prior to the 1st of each month.
HOLIDAY ONE-DAY CAMPS
Each month we'll offer some sort of "101" sessions, intended for young and beginning ballplayers. Ages range from 6+ with the 4-week camps focused on weekly progression. From the most basic introduction and mechanics, working through more advanced techniques - the goal is to introduce a specific skill to the player while keeping it fun and productive.
Our advanced programs are intended for players with previous experience within the specific skill set. For example, we offer "Advanced Catching" which is under the assumption that the player arrives with the proper understanding of stance, balance, receiving and blocking for example. Specialty sessions are intended to focus on a specific trait within a certain skill set. For example, we recently offered "Hitting For Power" which is a focus on increasing power in the box. Another example would be our "Intro to Off-Speed" pitching clinic. This is for pitchers who already have the basic understanding of establishing a fastball and ready to introduce a change-up. Our one-day camps have become a staple of 3&2 Baseball and typically fill pretty quick. These 3 or 4 hour camps have a strong focus on touching multiple areas of the game through age appropriate stations and groups. The day is filled with lessons from multiple instructors and typically ends with a player favorite game of wiffle-ball, kick-ball or dodge-ball.

Our In-Season and Off-Season Academy programs are typically an 8 - 12 week program designed and run as you'd see a high end travel practice. From warmups to cool-downs, the entire 2-hours will be filled with instruction based on the age group of the players. These programs are intended for more advanced players - mentally not physically. By this, we mean that no player will be turned away because of athletic ability - our goal is to improve in that area. Players will be pushed and expected to be prepared for such a challenge.
